The arts of Speling, grammer & Composition it may be disagreable on that account. Also many may not Deform, or may totally deny thae different Interests between the few & many. as described in it, yet your landed attention & thorough perusal is Requested to the Reamidy proposed, for if the Doctrin is not true, I think there is no better Meathod to Convince the people of it, than by giting them thoroughly possessed of the knoledge - described in page 28, the proposed Means of obtaining it is simple, and easy. it is [ondly?] a Cheaper & More Sure way than by Common newspapers which have of Late Become so numerous, Long thy & contradictory that Farmers & Labourer cannot be at the Expence of the time & mony they Coste Here in ordir to Convey my Eydeays More Clearly I will give a further description of the proposed Monthly Magazine. It is ment by it to Convey as nearly all the knoledge described in page 28 as possable. But one containing 40- or 50 page sof a Common pamphlet life, would be full large enough for the perusal of a Common Labourer & in ordir today a good foundation for obtaining s{ai}d knoledge it is proposed to have the first numbers contain Both the State & federal Constitutions Compleat with all their amendments, & some of the prinsaples on which they were founded, also a Congressinal Register from the first Congress in 1789 to this time, with the names of the Members of Each Congress, & the numbers of votes they were chosen by & the yeas & Nays on some of the Most Important Matters they have Desided upon together with the substance of the Most Important Speaches Made on both sides. Also a State Register in nearly the same Manner, with Many other things relateing to what is past &cc if Many of the first have bin in Elections, & how to Reamidy it in future, it would also be a stronge Inducement to those that take the Mag[?] to wrap them together in yearly Vollums & preserve them Safe to the latest generations Some May Sepose that the Organisation proposed & the Dutyes of the presidents described in page 31 & art{icle} 3 of the Constitution to be both needles and Daingerous
