Twp Greene Co PA who makes
oath against Harvey Burns
of the same place Co & state afore
said charged the said Burns
that on the 30th day of may last past
on the 8th day of June last past
with having commited adultery
upon her at her home on the
said township Sept 28th 1893
parties having mutually agreed to
try and settle all matters at variance.
and it is further agreed to meet at my office Oct 3rd 1893
at 2 o'clock PM.
