We, the undersigned,
your petitioners, are residents and property
owners on El Paso street and Summit Avenue.
We desire to have two brick crossings, four feet
wide, built across Summit Ave. together with
three feet of brick paving on either side of the
street car track between said crossings. The
expense of this paving to be met by the undersigned.
We would further request that your honorable
body will order this done immediately, before
the winter rains come, this crossing
is almost impassible.
