To the Honorable Mayor and City Council:

We, your street and alley committee, beg leave to recommend that
Mr. T. C. Rushing be instructed to call personally and see attached
petitioners and contract with them for the sprinkling infront of
their property on Jones Street if said contract can be made agreeable
to all parties concerned.
