TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:

We, the undersigned legal voters of the City of Fort
Worth, do hereby petition your honorable body to submit to a vote
of the qualified voters of the City of Fort Worth,Texas, the or-
dinance hereto attached granting to The Chicago Rock Island and
Gulf Railway Company certain rights and franchises over and upon
the streets names in said ordinance, and that you call a special
election for such purposes as provided by law.
