To the Hon. City Council of the City
of Fort Worth,

I respectfully request
that you allow me a rebate of
over-valuation on Lot 6 Blk # 5, U, D, A
for the year 1902. All adjacent lots
were assessed at $200 ⁰⁰ The tax
officials say the mistake evidently
occurred, through a misapprehen-
sion that the lot had a house on it,
I have or will sell the lot before
this can be acted upon for a
gross price of $400 ⁰⁰ and will
have paid the taxes.
