Hon. Mayor and City Council;-

Gentlemen:

I have this day, appointed, subject to your approval, the following special police officers, without pay from the City.

Messrs W.R. McDill and H.O. White at Greenwalls Opera House. Mr. F. H.Ellsworth at Record Office, 5th and Rusk Streets. Mr J.B. Sprinkle, South Main and Leuda and that vicinity.

Please see attached requests and recommendations.
