Gentlemen;-
We the undersigned property owners in the city of Fort Worth, TExas, do hereby petition your Honorable Body to put in gutters and level up the street at the corner of Main and Leuda Streets, as the same is in bad condition and unsafe for traffic. This 7th day of July, 1906.

Gentlemen:–
We, your Committee on Finance to whom was referred the attached petitionof A.W.Caswell, asking for a correction of the assessment against 6 acres of the R.Briggs Survey for the yeara 1892, 1893, 1894, and 1895, would respectfully recommend that his offer of $200.00 in full settlement of the taxes for said years be accepted for the reason that the city Assessor & Collector says the old assessment is not good on account of insufficient description.

Gentlemen:-
I hereby petition your honorable body for a reduction of the above mentioned taxes for the following reasons:-
1st- The property would not sell for the amount of the assessment any time prior to 1903.
2nd. The assessment is invalid on account of on insufficient description
In view of the above the owners requests that the sum total of the above tax be reduced to two hundred dollars, which amount will be immediately paid.
