1760—NOTE—WITH VENDOR'S LIEN. Keystone Printing Company, Fort Worth

No. 2 Fort Worth, Texas April 3rd 1905 $500.00
Two years after date, I promise to pay to
[Sidney L.?] Samuels or order, the sum of
Five Hundred & 00/100 DOLLARS,
for value received, with interest thereon from date, until paid, at the rate of ten per centum per annum, the
interest payable annually as it accrues, both principal and interest payable at
Fort Worth, Texas. This note is given in part payment for a certain
lot or parcel of land, lying and being situated in Block 'W' in Bellview Hill
addition to the City of Fort Worth Tarrant Count, Texas;
Beginning 80 feet north of S. W. corner of said Block 'W',
thence south 80 feet, thence east 210 feet, thence north
80 feet, thence west 210 feet to place of beginning.

on which said real estate the vendor's lien is hereby expressly acknowledged by the maker
hereof and retained by the payee for the better
security of this note.

All past due interest on this note shall bear interest from maturity thereof until paid, at the rate of ten per centum per annum.

It is understood and agreed that failure to pay this note, or any installment of interest thereon when due, shall, at the election of the
holder of them, or any of them, mature all notes this day given by me the said Geo. Q. McGann
to said [Sidney L.?] Samuels in payment for said property.

And it is hereby agreed, that if this note is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, or if collected by suit, or through
the Probate Court, I agree to pay ten per cent, additional on the principal and interest due, as attorney's fees.
