To the Hon. Mayor and City Council

Gentlemen:-

We your committee on Finance recommend
That the within report of J. H. Maddox City Marshal
showing Pauper Funds disbursed since his last report
Feby 6 1906 amounting to $108.50 be approved same
having been examined by the City Auditor and found
correct.

We further recommend That the City Secretary
be instructed to draw a warrant on the Police fund
in favor of J. H. Maddox for the sum of one hundred
dollars ($100.00) to be used in cases of charity on order
of Mayor or Hospital and Pauper Committee.

In the transcription, I saw C.G. Harrold. The 1905 Fort Worth City Directory lists Charles G. Harrold, chief engineer at Texas Brewery and resided at 907 E. Weatherford Street.
