Gentlemen:

In the matter of attached communication from The Arlington
Heights Traction Co. we have the honor to report.

That after a thorough examination of conditions existing on
the street lying in front of the Carnegie Library, known as Carnegie
Place, we have decided to recommend that the interest of the public
will be best served by ordering the street car track constructed
on the middle line of said street, following as nearly as possible
the curb curvatures of both sides of the street.
