To the Hon. Mayor and City Council.

Your petitioner Mrs.Kate Tabor would respectfully ask the
permission of your honorable body to place a small building on the
street at the corner of Peach and Harding Streets, which street is not
being used and has not been used since the building of the Santa Fee
R'y Co. on account of being cut off by said R'y Co. leaving only a
small space about 2o by 3o feet in size fronting of Peach street, to be
used by her in a stand for selling cold drinks and confectionary, the
same to be vacated at any time notice is given to do so.

This is the only way she has of making a living and she will be
deeply grateful for suchpermission if given and it will not interfere
withany interest or right of the city and will be acceptable to the
adjoining landholders. Will pay reasonable rent for same.
