We will furnish all labor and material and do all plumbing gas fitting and electric wiring, in the two story Fire Station for the Eight Ward, according to plans and specifications for the consideration of net sum of Five hundred and twenty eight dollars ($528.00)

The above bid is based on using 150 ft. of 6" title; if less or more than 150 ft. of 6" title is used, deduct or add twenty eight cents (28¢) per lineal foot.

The lowest bid on the building is that of S.M. Trewhitt, and the lowest on the plumbing, electric wiring, and gas fitting is that of the Van Zandt Plumbing CO.

In case of award, I recommend that the Secretarty return the checks to the unsuccessful bidders.
