To the Hon Mayor and City Council

Gentlemen.

We your Committee on Finance recommend That the mayor and City secy be authorized and instructed to execute the accompanying Quit Claim Deed in favor of JR Doughty to Lots One and Three 1 & 3 Block (21) Twenty One of Moore Thornton Cos addition to the City of Fort Worth. This deed is given in lien of a deed executed in favor of said JR Doughty by the City of Fort Worth Nov, 15 1900 in which a vendors lien was retained by the City to secure four notes aggregating $165.28 which said notes have been paid in full.
