To the Hon. Mayor and City Councel of the city of Ft. Worth:-

We the undersigned citizens and property owners in block No. II
of College Hill addition to the City of Ft. Worth would respectfully
represent to your body that the alley running North and South through
said block has originally dedicated was 20 ft. wide. That a portion
of said alley is still 20 ft. wide but that part of the same has been
and is obstructed until it is about I0 ft. wide. Said alley extends
between lots 5, 6 and 7 on the west and 8, 9, I0 and II on the east
thereof.

We respectfully ask your honorable body to proceed at once
to have said alley opened to its proper width
