Resolved that the sum of Two hundred dollars ($200) be allowed the Ft Worth Benevolent home as the City's Contribution for the current year for the instenance of that institution and that the City Secretary be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant for that amount payable to the order of the Treasurer of the said Benevolent Home.

Fort Worth, Texas, Nov 21st, 1904.

To Honorable Mayor and City Council, City.

Gentlemen:

We the undersigned Property Owners aud Lessee's on Rusk Street between Fourth and Eight Streets, and on said Cross Streets, do hereby petition the Honorable Mayor and City Council to have the Fort Worth and Rosen Heights Street Railway Co to remain on Fourth Street and on Rusk Street according to their Franchise first granted them.

The Street Car Track has already been put down on said Street, and we do not think that he should have the privilege of changing same just to suit himself.
