Dear Sir:

Referring to my claim explained to you yesterday, in company with Mr.Rogers, plumber, which arises from our additional expense in putting in sewerpipe over boundary line , connected with the houses 1501 and 1505 Hemphill street, corner Myrtle ave, and owned by Mrs.C.Wezler . I herewith take the liberty to attach expense bill, $73.75, and would kindly request you to use your good offices to secure me passage of allowance as for amount above stated.

The owner is willing to let the City use the sewer for other parties as they see fit to use it, and trusting that the Hon.City Council will in due time pass upon my petition favorably, I beg to remain,
