BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:

That the attached proposition of the Chicago, Rock Island &
Gulf Railway Company to the City of Fort Worth setting forth its willing-
ness for the City to use temporarily for street purposes the strip of
land lying immediately north of its present located line of railway
and running parallel therewith from First to Second Streets in Cunning-
ham and Woodwalls Addition to the City of Fort Worth, be and the same
is hereby accepted according to its terms, and that the City of Fort
Worth does hereby expressly accept the said permit and its conditions.

And it is furtherordered that the said instrument be spread at
length upon the minutes of the City Council in the City Secretary's
Office and that the same be filed and recorded in the deed records of
Tarrant County, Texas.
