his memory, and the honor that
has been his since his passing
from amonng us Mr. Powell, we can
never forget what you have done and
in years to come when time shall
have made his name a loving
memory, we then, I hope , shall be
able to show you and yours how we
appreciate all you have done
if you will thank the Council
for us for the loving tribute of
their resolutions and all other
courtesies that have come to us
through them and you it will
only be an other token added
to our gratitude that we owe you
from our hearts we thank
you.
