of City Council

Ft Worth, Texas,

Gentlemen: Attached you will find statement of
the assessment of lots 1 & 4 Block 95 City and the
amount as changed by the Board of Equalization

The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable
body for a reduction of the N 55ft of lot 4 from
$2100 to $1600 for the following reason.

1st. The change was made by the Board of
Equalization without any knowledge on my
part and and my place which cost me $1900
was first at $2100 while the place wouth of me
(s42 ft of 4) was put at $1900- and which place
cost the owner $2500_ and is worth at least
$600 more than mine.

2nd. My place is not worth more than $1900,
renting for only $13.00 per month and 8% of this
amount being only $1600. I would gladly take
less than $2100 for my place
