Fort Worth Texas Dec 16 1903

Whereas on the 1st day of November
1892 E. A. Caldwell then City Assessor & Collector
of taxes of the City of Fort Worth executed
his Tax Deed to the City of Fort Worth,
conveying as the property of J. F. Cooper
among others the East 50 x 200 feet of
Lots 4 & 7 in Block 90 of the City ofr Ft.
Worth for the taxes of the year 1891.

And Whereas all of said taxes have
been paid up to an including the
year 1901.

And Whereas the above described
property now stand in the name of
R. L. Vanzandt.

Therefore Be it Resolved That the Mayor
and City Secretary be authorized to execute
a quit claim deed in favor of said
R. L. Vanzandt covering said property
so far as the taxes for the year
1891 are concerned.
