Gentlemen:

Below please find estimate fvor J.A.Pray, additional separate room Eighth Ward School.

Contract price,	$440.00
Present estimate now payable	400.00
Balance due, upon completion of work,	$40.00

There are several items that fail to meet with my approval, and I recommend the payment of $400.00 on condition that Pray file receipt satisfactory to City Attorney, waiving occupancy of building by City during past few weeks, and agreeing to to make good the items in fault, to the satisfaction of City Engineer.
