I, A.De Mars, hereby authorize Ledgerwood & Kassel, a partnership
composed of H.O.Ledgerwood & Charles Kassel to execute, in my name and
stead with the same effect as if done by me, any receipts or other
documents necessary in the settlement of my claim against the City of
Fort Worth, for personal injuries received by my wife, Mrs. Phoebe
De Mara, at the corner of Jarvis and Hemphill Streets in the City of
Fort Worth on March 11, 1904.
