Gentlemen:

I respectfully offer you the sum of six thousand dollars ($6000) for the lots adjoining the viaduct on the east side of Jennings Avenue fronting the Texas & Pacific R.R. Two thousand dollars ($2000) cash - the balance in deferred payments to suit your convenience.

If this offer is accepted I stand ready to complete the transaction at any time you may name.
