Nuttmegs bruse e spice & let it all infuse
a day & night past e still. – this water

Take two quarts of the best Brandy a quarter of
an ounce of Cinament one pound of white Sugar
Candy two hundered of Apicote stones broake but
not the kernells taken out put all these togather
into a Glass vessell t hath a wide mouth bruse
e Sugar Candy & break e Cinament into little
peices then tye a weat blader over e vessell
prick holes in e blader or els ye Glass wil break
& let it stand in the sun for six weeks stiring e
vessell two or three times a day at the six weeks
end let it stand stil to settle a weeke then powr
very soffly of e bottle as much as wil run fine
