Sally Lun Cakes. A Pint of Cream a piece of Butter y size of a walnut
Set ti on y Fire & make it blood warm, take the yolks of three eggs well beat,
& one spoonfull & a half of yeast well water'd from y night before, mix all together
with a little Salt & strain it through a Sieve, wet it with as much flower as will
make a stiff Dough, let it stand two hours to rise, then role it out, into two Cakes
the size of a large plate, [rasp?] them when Baked, & if thick enough, split them
in three & Butter them
