narrow widths) except for: line 1, ' LIFE AND TIMES' is in bold face; line 3, no
comma following 'DOUGLASS'; lines 18-19, "APPOINT- MENT'; and lines
27-29: 'CLEVELAND, O.;│HAMILTON, REWELL & CO. I883.' (No reference
to Park Publishing Co.) Copyright page: two lines, 'COPYRIGHT, ALL RIGHTS
RESERVED.'. Edges trimmed and gilded, 7  13/16" X 5  1/16".
