Dear Sir,
On examination of the Reports of the Superintendent since February 1869, I find the following Lots & additions to Lots represented as paid for, no deeds of which appear to have been made. Will you please advise me whether there is anything in the condition of these Lots which, by the rules of the corporation, or by custom, would preclude the making and delivery of the deeds to the purchasers forthwith?

Dear Madam
Your letter of June 7 is received. The reason why lot #4022 has received no care this year is because nothing has been received for it. We do not do any work of any kind without a written order. Perhaps this lot was confused with #4043 on which there is a continued order. I trust the appearance of the lot will be satisfactory for the rest of the year. I would like to be advised if you want the care plants furnished each year until countermanded.
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
