Dear Sir,
On examination of the Reports of the Superintendent since February 1869, I find the following Lots & additions to Lots represented as paid for, no deeds of which appear to have been made. Will you please advise me whether there is anything in the condition of these Lots which, by the rules of the corporation, or by custom, would preclude the making and delivery of the deeds to the purchasers forthwith?

Dear Sir
I have, as yet received no instructions concerning Lot 4008 Mrs. Jane C. Burlingame.
This I presume is due to oversight and therefor send this reminder.
I have reduced the prices to correspond with our scale of this year.
Very Respectfully
J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
