Dear Sir,

On examination of the Reports of the Superintendent since February 1869, I find the following Lots & additions to Lots represented as paid for, no deeds of which appear to have been made. Will you please advise me whether there is anything in the condition of these Lots which, by the rules of the corporation, or by custom, would preclude the making and delivery of the deeds to the purchasers forthwith?

Lot 179, (add. to) Lot 265, (add. to) Lot 3125
" 3156, ( " " ) " 3916 " 3928 Lot 3940
" 3956 " 3969 " 3971 " 3979
" 3997 " 3998 " 4006 " 4008
" 4009 " 4011 " 4012 " 4013
" 4014 " 4015 " 4011 " 4018
" 4019 " 4022 " 4023 " 4024
" 4025
I understood from you that the Lots on Gladiolus Path are in proper condition to warrant making the deeds. These Lots, as reported, are Nos 4007, 4016, 4020, 4021.

Mr. Sawyer has just left here for you two large scale Plans. I enclose tracing of vicinity of Alice's Fountain by [?] H.

Respectfully & truly yours,

Saml Batchelder Jr. Secretary

Col. C. W. Folsom Superintendent
