Dear Sir,

Will you give me the number of Mr Samuel F Haven's lot in Mt. Auburn Cemetery?

And will you inform me if you have preferred any other form of bequest for Perpetual Repairs & Guaranty except that found on page 16. of the Annual Report of yr Trustees & that of Supt & Treas.

And will you inform me whether the [sum?] of $250 will be suff. to keep Mr F.'s lot in Repair.

There is a sarcophagus of marble about 5-0 feet long 2 wide 2-6 High cost perhaps $200 that and 4 corner stump posts is all the stone on Lot.

It needs grading & sodding and clean stone cost $45 O MCA
