775 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Apr 2 1886 in reference to the extension of Madison St sewer recommending that no action be taken in the matter at present, on motion the report is adopted. From same Committee on the petition of O J Carr et al for drain on Blanchard Street, recommending that the Street Commission be instructed to construct either all open ditch or a box drain as in his judgement will best accomplish the desierd object on motion the report is adopted. FromSame Committee on the petition of H G Struve for a sewer on 2d street. on motion the matter is referred back to the sewer committee Fron Judiciary Committee on the petition of G W Crane for reimbursement of purchase money at tax sale on property doubly assessed, recommending that petition be granted and petitioner allowed the sum of $16.00. On motion the report is adopted and warrant ordered drawn in accordance therewith From Same Committee on claim of J Murphy for reimbursement on account of injury received while acting as police officer; recommending that the claim be not allowed, on motion the report is adopted.
