Dear Sir,
At your request, an examination of and report upon your lot no 874 in the Cemetery has been made, and the Committee upon Lots have considered your application and have directed me to inform you that this Corporation will contract to keep said lot forever in good repair for four hundred and fifty dollars. ($450.)
If this amount shall be satisfactory, I will prepare the necessary papers, when so notified.

Your request has been duly laid before the Com. on Lots, together with the Superintendent's report upon lots numbered 2498 & 2499 belonging to you & the heirs of late John Boles: and after due consideration I have been directed to inform you that this Corporation will contract for the perpetual care of both said lots and tomb, on payment of five hundred and fifty dollars -- ($550)
If the amount is satisfactory to you, I will when requested by you prepare the necessary papers. --

Treasurer's Quarterly Statement _
The Treasurer submitted his quarterly statement of receipts & expenditures, which was referred to the Committee of Finance. _
Time of regular meetings 3½ P.m.
On motion by Mr Turner
Voted that the regular meetings of the Board be held at half past three o'clock P.m. _
