Dear Sir:
Your communication respecting a new boiler to the engine was this morning referred to the Comee on Grounds.
The Comee held a meeting after the meeting of the Board, and adjourned to meet at this place, next Saturday at 12 o'clock, noon. -- I am directed by the Chairman to notify you to be present here at that hour. --
Very Respy yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Dear Sir:
Please revise your Report on Mr Upton's lot. State on 1st page what number of headstones. I seldom save the second leaf of the start in filing the reports -- but if you wish to refer to these on the 1st page, I will file the second leaf with the first. In that case say, "described on fly leaf." Also, note the amount for which you think the lot should be taken.
Examine & report on lot 3772 -- Mrs Sarah E. De Graske. -- I send blank ^filled on far as I have any knowledge of lot. --
Also report on 582, Jos. E. Worcester. Also on the others, before asked for. --
Respectfully yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Dear Sir:
Your application to know for what sum the Trustees of this Cemetery will guarantee the perpetual repair of lot no. 1363 owned by yourself, with its appurtenances, has been laid before the Committee on Lots. Said Committee, after a personal inspection of the premises, have considered said application, and have directed me to notify you that the Corporation will contract for such perpetual repair on payment of five hundred dollars.
If accepted by you, when notified, I will prepare the proper papers. --
Very Respectfully yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
Geo. B. Upton Esq
Respecting the question of charging & crediting interest presented by you at the last meeting, the Trustees voted that the disposition of the same be referred to the Comee on Lots with full power.
So if you will please apply to Mr Austin, I presume you will be enabled to adjust the Story lot [a/c?].

Dear Sir: -
Please report upon lot 2887, Larch Av. 60 ft - belonging to Mrs Anna R. Goodwin for perpetual repair -- also state what repairs will cost if any are first needed. --
Mr Thos. Richardson is very anxious about the price of land -- 200 feet more or less on the northerly side of the Alger lot -- at the end of Elm Av -- Somebody has reported to him that it has been sold; but I told him I thought not. He is in the Alger family, & wishes to purchase it --
Will you survey it up to the Alger line, & let him know through me how much it contains --
Truly yours,
