Ordered that the chairman of the Street Comtee be & is hereby instructed to proceed & remove certain obstruction from the foot of University Street and to eject the occupants of a building in said street. Ordered that a special Comtee, to wit: Councilmen Snyder, ]]Rinehart]] & Graham together with His Honor the Mayor be & they are hereby appointed to examine into & report upon a revision of salaries of City Offices. Ordered that the Council Stand now adjourned until Saturday June 13th, 1885 at 8 o'clock pm attest: E S Osborne clerk Approved John Leary mayor Be it remembered that on this the 13th day of June 1885 the Commn Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment. The following Officers are present to wit: His Honor the acting Mayor H L Yesler & Councilmen Alfred Snyder, W G Latimer, W V Rinehart, S D Crockett, & Walter Graham Acommunication is rec'd from the Clerk on the matter of a tax levy for 1885. Referred to finance Comtee Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned until Monday
