memorial of sundry persons on bad condition of Coolidge Av. = Ref to Specl Comee

The Secretary read a memorial from several citizens of Cambridge and Watertown, representing the road running on the easterly side of the Cemetery, and called Coolidge Avenue, to be in a bad condition, needing repairs.

Voted that the memorial be referred to Messrs Curtis and Rand to ascertain what are the rights and obligations, if any, of this Corporation in connection with said road.

Petitions for the representation of certain lots were then passed as follows: _
