Feb 25/95 To the Hon The Board of Aldermen City of Seattle Gentlemen, Complying with your request as contained in the letter of the City Clerk under date of Feb 5/95 I would submit the following 2" main laid on 5t St from Albert to Lincoln hence north to 6th thence to Brook would cost $246.54 as per subjoined statement. Regarding the revenue to be derived from this extension there are at least 16 houses that will use the City water with an estimated revenue of some $13 to $15.00 per month with some 5 or 6 more that are still undecided.
