The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held at ^^the office of the Secretary on Monday December 3. 1860, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President, and Messrs Andrews, Cheever, Crocker, Nazro & Rand.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Memorial of M. Tisdale

A communication from Mr. Mace Tisdale requesting the Trustees of Mount Auburn to pass an order restricting interments in his lot, No 1080, beyond that of certain persons specified in the paper presented, was read, – and, upon motion of Mr Andrews, was referred to a special committee consisting of Mr Rand, to confer with Mr Tisdale.
