Meeting called to order 7:30 P.M.

Minutes of last meeting read & approved.

1) Moved and passed that Club give a Christmas present to Mr. Hutslar - about $12 assessment.

2) Moved and passed to assess each each member 50 cents to present a Christmas present to Mr. W.T. Root who was our next door neighbour and who presented the Club with a set of andirons for the fireplace -

3) Moved and passed that the assessment for the two presents be collected before the week be up.

4) President reported the change of the Chinese Nights under the auspices of the Cosmopolitan Club postponed until the next quarter.

5) Quad picture of Club was passed & picture to be taken next quarter

6) President reported $25 payment of [Slatefer?] and 50 for legal fee for the article of incorporation - leaving $1374.15

7) Also reported $35.00 owing to university for house and $160.00 for land & [water tax?] and about $115 for interest.

8) Also that C.K. Chan to raised campaign

Dec. 22, 1920.

Meeting called to order 8:30 P.M.

Meetings of last meeting read & approved. President brought up & read part of the contract of the Club and the University. He also said that there is a necessity of paying up the interest, land and water tax, furniture bill & the first payment on the house. It was unanimously moved that the president arrange for a dinner for the Board of Directors at San Francisco the following night.

Report of Mr. Chew about the expenses during the Summer Quarter. He reported a credit to the Club of $58.00 which he will settle in the near future.

President announced that the Chinese Night under the auspices of the Cosmopolitan Club to be given on the second Monday of the Winter Quarter.

Meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.

d) Following appointments were made 1) N.Y. Yue as Chairman of the Student Committee for the Chinese Night

2) K.T. Yeung as principal of night school

Oct. 21, 1921

Monthly Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. by Pres. N.Y. Yue.

The matters that were discussed:-

(1) Treasurer's reports

(2) Pres. Yue read the letter that which sent by the Chinese Student Alliance.

(This letter requested us to form a committee to help the Drive Committee for the Washington Conference.)

The suggestion of this letter was accepted.

Mr. G.T. Chan elected to be the chairman of the committee, and that he have full power to appoint helper.

(3) Pres. Yue read the letter which was sent by the Cosmopolitan Club.

(This letter asked us to part in the International Night.)

This letter was accepted.

(4) Pres. N.Y. Yue and Mr. Lee elected to be in the Financial Committee of this Club.

(5) A motion was made that we put the Club picture in the year book and it was passed.

The members favor to have 2 pages in 1923 Quad.

(6) The motion that all the members pay $25, and
