J Harris Reed Esq. Sec'y

Dear Sir

I have examined the list of 121 O'B. lots sent today and find we have an order for #142 date signed Miss A.O. Williams and for #1600 date signed Miss E. Sparrow.

We have continued order for 1/2 (Richards) of #1235. O'B had care of the other half last year. We have an order for #2235. Perhaps it is 2233-4 that he wants permits on not #2234-5. We have an order on #3034 O'B probably means #3024 . We have an order on #3442 and the prop of #3450 stated here that Mr A.H. Baldwin had no authority to order for #3442 or #3450.

Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
