The Secretary read the following petitions for representation of lots _ and the following named parties were designated to represent said lots.

Lot of Rufus Wyman deceased (133) to be represented by Rufus Wyman of Roxbury eldest son of deceased.
Lot of Benjamin G. Boardman (208) represented by Sarah W. Boardman of Boston widow of deceased.
Lot of Charles A. Locke deceased (280) by Sarah J. Locke of Cambridge, widow of deceased.
Lot of Peleg Churchill deceased (244) by Mrs Jane Churchill of Newton residuary legatee of deceased.

Voted, – that the subject be laid on the table.
Stone work upon Lots Supt's mode of performing
Upon motion of Mr Turner it was
Voted, – that the^Committee on Grounds and the Committee on Lots enquire into the method pursued by the Superintendent in performing work for the proprietors on their Lots as regards the stone curbing of them, and of the building tombs thereon: and that they report all the facts pertaining thereto to this Board at its next meeting.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives were deisgnated for Lots, as follows, viz: –
312 Henry Whitwell of Boston, ^41 Tremont St, Son of Samuel Whitwell, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred & twelve.
