John C. Garrett Esq

Dear Sir

Your favor of June 22 is at hand.

The price for the annual care of lot 1612 containing 390 sq. ft., as per scale of prices fixed by the Trustees is $5.

To raise the sunken grave will cost about $1.25. There 2 myrtle graves in the lot that look very badly. I think nothing can be done to them in the way of repairs that will be of any use. Entire new preparing & planting only will be satisfactory to you. To put these in & guarantee them through next winter will cost $7.00 each grave.

Please advise me as to your wishes.

Very Respectfully

J.W. Lovering Supt. per Childs

The flower borders should have mannure put in if you wish plants to do well
