The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees, which upon motion by Mr Nazro, was accepted, and ordered to be printed for the Proprietors.

Treasurer's Report _

The Treasurer read his Annual Report, which upon motion by Mr Read was accepted and ordered to be printed for the Proprietors,

Superintendent's Report _

The Superintendent's Report was also read and ordered to be printed with the others.
