-conded by Mr Curtis _ that the appropriations recommended in the report of the committee for the introduction of water to the Cemetery be adopted, which motion under the bye-law lies over to the adjourned meeting.

The Secretary read the following petitions for representation of lots _ and the persons therein named were severally designated to represent such lots.

Lot of Isaac Mead deceased (13), Seth Barker Esq. of Hanover, Mass, husband of Harriet, a deceased child of said Isaac Mead, & administrator of estate

Lot 54

Lot of Frederic P Leverett deceased (54), Frederic Percival Leverett M.D., Beaufort S.C. son of deceased

Lot 117

Lot of Aaron Green deceased (117), John Orne Green M.D. of Lowell eldest son of deceased.

Trustees.

[Erection of additional Greenhouse;] Appn of $1200.– for granted, &c.

Voted, – that said appropriation be granted for the purpose indicated, as notified at the last meeting, and that the Committee on Lots be authorized to proceed to the erection of a greenhouse as aforesaid.

Trinity Church claim of this corpn against. Items of to be in part referred to Com. on Lots.

Mr Choate, in behalf of the Committee on Interments, having stated that, in the opinion of the Committee, so much of the claim of this corporation against the Proprietors of Trinity Church as related to work done and supplies furnished would come within the province of the Committee on Lots, it was, on his motion,

Voted, – that that portion of the Bill of this corporation against the Proprietors of Trinity Church for interments which refers to work done and supplies furnished be referred to the Committee on Lots with powers.

Monthly statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file

A statement of the Sales of Lots effected by the Superintendent from to , having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows; – viz;

168 Josephine M. Hicks of Boston, ^Highlands, ^26 Millmont St daughter of Williams H. Hicks, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One hundred and sixty-Eight.

3006, 3007 Henry Richmond of New York City, ^37 South St brother of Edward Richmond, deceased proprietor of Lots numbered ^Three thousand and six and Three thousand and seven.
