Feb. 1, 1918.

At 7:20 P.M., the second regular business meeting of the year was called to order by Chairman Wong.

After the approval of the previous minutes, two new students, Messrs. C.C. Liu and C.Y. Hsieh, were introduced by Mr. Chang and were formally admitted as members by unanimous vote.

The social committee presented its report concerning the coming informal social gathering.

Mr. Pun moved that three dollars ($3.) should be the minimum assessment from each member for the purpose of the occasion. Mr. William Meh seconded the motion and it was carried.

An informal discussion concerning the social affair followed. It was decided there shall be no dance for the occasion.

Mr. Jones Mei moved that the coming social affair shall be tendered solely in honor of the C.S. Club of U.C. in view of the courtesy and obligation on the part of our Club. The motion was seconded by Mr. Pun, and was carried.

The question of the insertion of our group picture in the 1918 "Quad" was informally put forth by the Chairman. The question was passed by majority vote in favor of the insertion.

Having no other business, the meeting adjourned at 9:33 P.M.

Yours respectfully, J.G.C. Mei Secretary
