We are making up a new catalogue of the Lots & Proprietors, & will feel greatly obliged if you can give me the residence of Sam^l Dow Jr. who appears to have formerly been a partner in your firm, but who disappears from the Boston Directory after 1846.

Sam^l C. Gray was appointed in 1860 at your request to represent the lot of his late father Sam^l C. Gray; but I do not find him in the Bost. Directory, although he was represented to be of Boston.

As we are making up a new catalogue, will you be so kind as to give me his residence.
