Geo. Albree Esq Pittsburgh, Pa.

Dear Sir,

We are preparing a new catalogue of the lots and proprietors in the Cemetery. I have been informed that your brother John made such disposition of his estate (the residuasm) as to carry his lot no. 129 (which is real estate) to you.

The only evidence one has of title to a lot should appear upon our record and this always made in such cases as this by reference to the original will or the record. I can get at these here. But if you wish it to appear as it should upon the deed, you will send me the deed which I will return by mail. Please also enclose $3, the charge in the matter.

Yours Resp.y

Capt. D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

In making a more thorough revision of the plans, & by striking from the catalogue all ^numbers of lots said to be located (yet unsold) where the location is obviously impracticable, we obtained the following numbers for your use, which you can apply to lots made up and that must be sold in that form, as well as to lots sold: --

238, 239, 279, 284, 341, 342, 344, 344, 373, 374, 450, 456, 531, 536, 537, 567, 576, 579, 589, 763, 2532, 2936, 2960, 3012, 3037, 3038, 3081, 3554, 3599, 3600 -- = 30 numbers.

All the above are exclusive of numbers recently reported by you.

Dear Sir,

As you propose to come in^early in the week, I thought it better to return to you the report of today, to allow you to add to it the 1448 feet for Chas. A. Cotting. Of this 330 ft should be reported as an addition to lot no. 3012 - Mary M. Bourne - and 1118 feet report as a new lot to Chas. U. Cotting, giving it a new number. You had better put it into our [?] for him to go to Mr Bond with & enclose to him by mail Monday morning, or leave with me before 9 o'clock.

No. 3691 I have applied to lot of Mrs Henry L. Richardson, on Snowdrop P. No. 3727 to ^half of old lot of Martha Lithgow, on Tulip Path. I will report to which half as soon as I can ascertain from the heirs.

The iron numbers had better be transferred to those lots now in order to avoid mistakes.

Yours truly
