#2842-S

R. A. Ballou, Esq., #3 Studio Building, Boston.

Dear Sir: -

The drawing you send me does not agree with the locations of the graves on the lot, and to prevent any mistake I think it would be well for you to come out and show Mr. McArthur on the lot where the foundations are to go. It is so long since you talked with him on this subject that it has passed from his mind.

Respectully yours, Supt.

#86-S

Mrs. L. A. J. Alexander, Dorchester .

Dear Madam: -

I have an order to build a foundation in your lot as soon as the size is sent. If the monument will be finished this y year the size should be sent at once, as the season for that kind of work will soon come to an end.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

J. Harris Reed Esq Secy

Dear Sir

I have examined lot #86 - Blood. To remove fence, grade and sod will cost $40 and old material. If fence remains the grading & sodding will cost $50.

The fence will bring very little but if the parties are not inclined to do anything further, to induce them to remove it, will do that, cutting over the 4 corner posts, cutting number etc. for the old material.

Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt

H. H. Williams Esq. Boston

Dear Sir

I have an order from you for the care of lot - #3835. The work has not been done because as stated on bills and notices sent by the Treasurer, the Trustees have by vote directed me to do no work on lots where bills are unpaid.

Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J C S. Supt
