I wish information of the location of the following numbers for the catalogue. I will give a list, & insert any that I happen to know, & lots are unsold. You will remember that you were to locate them for sale, & have probably done so. Please state the contents of each.

Reconveyance of Lot 1594 and new deeds of same in two lots authorized _

The Secretary also presented the request of the heirs of the late Martha Lithgow, who was proprietor of lot numbered 1594, containing 600 square feet, representing that one half of said lot was devised to her daughter Jane Caroline Devens, and the other half to Charles Devens Jr, & Arthur L. Devens as the heirs of Mary Devens decd; and asking leave to reconvey said lot to the Corporation for the purpose of receiving from the Corporation two deeds, each of 300 square feet, one to Thomas M. Devens, son of said Jane C. Devens, & at her request; the other to the heirs of the late Mary Devens (being the said Charles & Arthur L.)

Reconveyance of Lots 812 & 817 and new deeds of same, with additl purchase _ in three lots authorized.

The Secretary also stated the Application of Henry Lincoln proprietor of lot no. 812 containing 350 square feet, and of George Rice, proprietor of lot no. 817, containing 350 square feet, for leave to reconvey said lots to the Corporation for the purpose of receiving deeds redividing said land in a different manner between themselves and Mrs Frances M., widow of Henry L. Richardson, who has purchased 80 square feet at the end of their enclosure: _ the new division to be as follows _ Lot No 812 containing 280 square feet to Geo. Rice; Lot 817 containing 260 square feet to Henry Lincoln, and Lot 348 containing 260 square feet to Frances M., widow of Henry L. Richardson

Corrections on Large Plan

The Secretary read a communication from Mr Wadsworth, the surveyor, requesting authority to change the following numbers upon the large plan, as numbers have been accidentally reported by the Superintendent which displace old numbers on the plan; _ to wit, 2886 on Primrose Path, in place of 341; 2931 on Indian Ridge Path in place of 344; 2852 on Indian Ridge Path in place of 348; 2902 on Sylvan Path in place of 2840; and the removal of 2840 to Bellwort Path;

Upon motion by Mr Crocker, Voted that the surveyor be instructed to make the above changes upon the plan. _

The Secretary read petitions for the representaton of lots as follows; and the persons therein nominated were severally designated;

Lot of Alexander Wright deceased (12) Sabra Wright of Lowell widow of said deceased

Lot 29

Lot of Isaac Parker deceased (29) Elizabeth T Parker of Roxbury daughter of said deceased

Lot 39

Lot of Silas Bullard deceased (39) Mrs A. C. Hersey of Boston late widow of said deceased.

Lot 47

Lot of John Woodberry deceased (47) James Woodberry of Charlestown oldest son of said deceased.
