I think there are due from you reports upon lot 1124 Ailanthus P. (Henry Plympton's) 2800 Sylvan P. (S.S. Constantin) 541 Beech Av. (Benj. Bradley's) -- I don't remember whether any other now.
Please notify any of the outside workmen whom you may see, that ^by order of the Trustees, no more permits will be given to work, unless the proprietor applies in person at the Secretary's office.

Painting of Supt's House authorized _
A communication was received from the Superintendent, representing that the house occupied by him needing painting: and it was
Voted that the Superintendent be authorized to do the necessary painting of the "Superintendent's house."
Contract for Perpet Repair of lots no 2113 726 1124 1211 ratified.
Mr Bowditch for the Committee on Lots reported that the Committee had contracted with persons for the perpetual repair of their lots in the following cases, and for the sums annexed:
Lot 2113 _ Heirs of Henry Gassett _ six hundred dollars ($600.) _ " [Lot] 726 _ " [Heirs] " [of] Catherine Peabody _ four hundred & fifty dollars (450.) _ " [Lot] 1124 _ " [Heirs] " [of] Henry Plympton four hundred & fifty dollars (450) " [Lot] 1211 George Morey _ five hundred dollars (500.)
Voted that the contracts reported be hereby concurred in. _
